Scores, tiers, and any other rankings shown on the Site are the output of an automated, proprietary methodology. They reflect one way of organizing public information, not a prediction, guarantee, or endorsement of future performance of any company or security.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
